On our way back from the south coast we popped in on Auntie Catherine, just in time for tea!

And as you can see, Catherine certainly uses the "wide open mouth" technique to help with the feeding games!

Thanks go to Grandma and Big Rog for this lovely new T-shirt!

Just plain happy!

Another happy pic!

Yes, I know it's for eating!!!

Mummy was very pleased to pick James up again after his first real time at nursery. James seemed to enjoy it too!

...and now we're eating finger foods! This piece of toast did eventually disappear, no doubt thanks mostly to Grandma's yummy home made jam!

Eating grown up foods is getting easier. We can leave him toast soldiers and he'll quite happily tuck in now!

All this proper eating makes one quite nonchalant! James checks out what Mummy is up to in the kitchen while chowing down!

...but eating Grandma's jam can get pretty messy so just as well we had a great bath to get clean again!

It's in there! A little white lower tooth gradually appearing day by day!

Grandpa and GranGran popped over for the day and James was fascinated by Grandpa's story telling!

We don't need too much help when it comes to mealtimes now. James pretty much has it sorted!!!

As you can see, we've almost got the hang of crawling with just the forward motion to be learned. He can move backwards at a rate of knots so it looks like our lives are about to change, again!!

Grandma comes to visit so naturally a cheeky James demanded to be fed by our special guest.

This finger food is all well and good but where's the fun in just putting jammy toast just in your tummy?

Peekaboo is the current favourite game so anywhere is a good place to play at the moment!

Having found James, Mummy decided to take a few piccies of her lads!

Unfortunately James managed to get conjunctivitis so super Granny jumped in her car to come and look after James for a whole day! The checklist from Emma was legendary but she did a wonderful job! Thanks Granny!!!
