In January of 2006 we had the holiday of a lifetime to New Zealand. It was a place Chris always wanted to visit so we booked three weeks off work and jumped on a plane, with just a hire-car booked at the other end. Once we got there, we booked accommodation as we went along using the great tourist information, or I-Sites as they are known as in New Zealand, which ranged from Hotels, Bed & Breakfasts and even a homestay.
